Barcelona Part II!

So this part, is where I, go to Montserrat, which is a, place where, they use, excessive  commas incorrectly, YAY,!

So Montserrat is a mountain in Spain, we went up in a vernacular and it was pretty damn awesome.
I stole the picture as I havent uploaded my own yet.

SO anyway, on this mountain there is a monastery and I think it's a kind of pilgrimage place because literally hundreds of people were queuing up to do something special inside.

What was that something special? It was, as you guessed (sarcasm) kissing a black Madonnas foot.

Before you say WTF, let me explain. :)

Basically, Madonna is like the spanish Virgin Mary, and this one happened to be a black statue. Now all of it is in a glass case, except it's foot, which pokes out. People have been coming for hundreds of year to kiss the foot, and so many have that it is actually eroded from kissing.

Now I wouldn't touch the thing because germs, but people were leaving their wedding dresses and giving their stuff to the statue so it must have been pretty darn special.

Hi!

So last night I arrived home in the evening and had a Indian take away.

It was awesome!

Warm, and then incredibly hot and the end. Like I'm dying kind of hot.

Butttttt, I guess going with friends was cool.

What did you do while you were there?

Spanish and I know it

So I'm not Spanish... BUT I am going to Spain!
For a week!
In Barcelona!
With some friends and my mum and brother. So that will be fun.
Hopefully the weathers good, but with a forecast like this:

I do not have much hope. 

Still. 

I'm going to be Internet free for that time so although I will post if I can, I probably won't be able to. 

Not that anyone cares buuuutttt still.

So have a good half term and I'll try to have one too.
